Time to get some Exercise
How VR gaming gave me muscle ache Carpel tunnel syndrome is one of the well-known injuries any hardcore gamer has to deal with. No, I don't consider myself a hardcore gamer anymore, but I was when I was younger. With the rise of VR gaming, that's no longer an issue. However, there are a lot more accidents waiting to happen. Broken fingers, concussions, kicked pets and broken hardware. Those are all part of the game if you fail to make sure your play area is clear and clean. But there is another issue. Muscle ache. If you are playing a game like GORN or in this case Beat Saber, you will get sore muscles. This not necessarily a bad thing, but it can be if you are not used to moving. Make sure you stretch, and I'm not even kidding. Take a look at me playing Beat Saber and Gorn and you will know what I mean.
